Training

Built4Life training is broken down into 3 phases.
We believe Resistance training is quite simply the best form of training for anyone. We will teach you how to train for maximum benefits and guide and support you through every workout / through out the process weather you are training from home or the gym.

The foundation of any training program is the most important as this is where most people fail, which is why your program will start with with Phase 1 which is an 8 week GPP ( General Physical Preparation)

At this point you will be full prepared with the basic skills sets and ability to enter into phase 2 which is a Muscle building and Strength block.

Then finally this will be followed by a fat loss and conditioning block.

NUTRITION

We teach a simple system of eating that is based around a lifestyle not a short term fix.

We teach you the reality of how to eat and what to eat whilst at the same time giving you complete control of your diet.

We dispel all the nonsense and BS in the industry about the word diet that has been hijacked by the Fitness industry solely for profit.
